Another Grooming Gang Trial Concludes

This time Halifax is the focus as 20 men are sentenced to a total of 219 years in prison for rape and grooming gang related sex offences committed between 2001 and 2010 in Halifax and the Calderdale area. As with previous grooming gang cases across Yorkshire and Lancashire, the actual investigations did not begin until years later, in the Calderdale case, investigations did not begin until 2016.

Once again there is a single White pervert included here, Craig Mitchell, a 55-year-old from Halifax. Earlier West Yorkshire grooming gang trials had also included a single White man, whereas the majority of the rapists, groomers and traffickers were Asian, mostly Muslim Pakistani men.

It was noteworthy that much was made of the fact that a White man, Craig Mitchell, was amongst those convicted, possibly to distract from accusations that all the grooming gang were Asian. Obviously an example of ‘diversity’. However, a quick look at the names and details of those convicted reveals that Mitchell was the only White British man to be involved.

The regional mainstream news media reported on the story, but as is often the case, national newspapers and media news channels were less keen to report on yet another grooming gang scandal because it reflects badly on Asian Muslim communities. The Halifax Courier was the most detailed outlet and followed up on the trials with the news that two more rapists had been convicted after the conclusion of the main trials.

“Halifax CSE convictions: Two more Halifax men jailed after child sex abuse in Calderdale The Courier reported earlier this week how 20 men had been jailed for raping and abusing young girls in the borough. Legal restrictions and appeals against convictions have meant we were unable to share the outcomes of these other two men’s prosecutions until today.”

The convictions follow an investigation launched in 2016 following reports of repeated sexual abuse of a vulnerable young girl between 2002 and 2006, starting when she was just 13.
Wajid Adalat, 47 and of Halifax, was found guilty of rape after a trial which started at Bradford Crown Court in January 2024 and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Zaheer Iqbal, 45 and of Halifax, was found guilty of two counts of rape after a trial at Bradford Crown Court in January 2024 and sentenced to 10 years in prison.

It is worth noting that the news media claims that their previous lack of coverage of this huge sexual abuse investigation was limited because of legal restrictions. It is clear that not only the interests of justice and fair trials were a consideration here, but no doubt the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) also had a wary eye on the political implications of yet another grooming gang case which could negatively impact on ‘community cohesion’ and once again reflect badly on multiculturalism and diversity.

These extracts are from the Halifax Courier reports on November 6th:
Police praise brave victims after 20 men jailed for more than 219 years for child sex abuse in Calderdale
“Eighteen men from Halifax and two more from West Yorkshire have been jailed for raping and abusing young girls in Calderdale. The combined sentences for the men total more than 219 years.

“Grooming gang of 20 men jailed for 219 years after sex attacks on girls as young as 12 in West Yorkshire. The historic crimes, which took place between 2001 and 2010 in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, led to a series of individual investigations and trials as police pieced together the scale of the gang’s crimes. Court restrictions, which have now been lifted, meant the press was unable to report on the almost-decade of abuse when police first launched their investigation in 2016.”

And again, the same official refrain as to why the public were not informed earlier:
“Due to legal restrictions, it has not been possible to publicise these outcomes until now”

“Court restrictions, which have now been lifted, meant the press was unable to report on the almost-decade of abuse when police first launched their investigation in 2016.”

Other news outlets came late to the reporting, but some at least were honest enough to present the grim facts:
“The historic crimes, which took place between 2001 and 2010 in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, led to a series of individual investigations and trials as police pieced together the scale of the gang’s crimes. Court restrictions, which have now been lifted, meant the press was unable to report on the almost-decade of abuse when police first launched their investigation in 2016.

“It comes after police launched an investigation into the alleged repeated sexual abuse of a vulnerable young girl between 2002 and 2006, beginning when she was just 13. A separate investigation into the abuse of two girls, aged 13 and 16, began in 2016.

“Due to legal restrictions, it has not been possible to publicise these outcomes until now. I welcome the sentences handed to these offenders for the abhorrent abuse these young girls were subjected to, which was heard by the jurors in each trial over the last few years.”

A quick look at the West Yorkshire Police mugshots of the men convicted in the Calderdale grooming gang case tells the same sad, sordid story of previous trials in Rotherham, Rochdale, Keighley, Oldham, Batley and Bradford, plus assorted smaller related cases in other towns. Likewise a quick name check of those convicted, an instant warning of the toxic side effects of mass immigration, colonisation by alien cultures and the societal poison of multiculturalism.

The concluding paragraph from the news media report is a shocking reminder of how many such grooming gang cases have gone to trial so far, and how many such cases are based in towns and cities across the North of England.

Following their sentencing, the men involved in the abuse, rape and assault have been named. They include Malik Quadeer, 67, of Halifax, found guilty of five counts of rape, sentenced to 22 years behind bars and Shafiq Ali Rafiq, 44, found guilty of two counts of rape, who will spend 12 years in prison.

In the first trial, which commenced in October 2021, Shahzad Nowaz, aged 45, and Nadeem Nassir, 44 were found guilty of rape and making threats to kill. Both were sentenced to 11 years. Sajid Adalat, 48, and Shazad Nazir, 49, were sentenced to seven and 11 years respectively after being convicted of rape. Sohail Zaffer, 41, pled guilty to rape and supply of a class C drug and was sentenced to 42 months.

Following a second trial commencing in January 2022, Nadeem Adalat, 39, Asad Mahmood, 38, Mohammed Rizwan Iqbal, 39, and Vaseem Adalat, 38, were all found guilty of rape. The former and latter both appealed their sentences, which were increased respectively to 14 years and 14 years and 6 months.

The second investigation was also launched in 2016 after reports of a vulnerable girl being repeatedly abused between 2002 and 2006, starting when she was 13 years old.

In an initial trial at Bradford Crown Court, Amir Shaban, 48, of Halifax, was found guilty of rape and sentenced to 10 years. A second trial starting in October 2022 saw six men from Halifax – Malik Quadeer, 67, Mohammed Ziarab, 55, Imran Raja Yasin, 45, Kamran Amin, 48, Mohammed Akhtar, 54, and Saquab Hussain, 46 – all jailed for rape. Quadeer was found guilty of five counts of rape and sentenced to 22 years.

A third trial, which opened in January, saw three men each convicted on two counts of rape. Haroon Sadiq, 40, of Halifax, was sentenced to 10 years, while Shafiq Ali Rafiq, 44, of Dewsbury, was given 12 years, and Sarfraz Rabnawaz, 39, of Bradford, was sentenced to 9 years.

The third investigation was launched in 2018 into a 12-year-old girl sexually abused between 2001 and 2002. Craig Mitchell, 55 of Halifax, was found guilty of rape at a trial in December, and was sentenced to 12 years.

The latest prosecutions come after 15 men were jailed in 2016 for child sex offences in what police said at the time had been their largest investigation into grooming gangs in Calderdale. The following year, victims and investigators warned that grooming gangs across the country were repeating the organised abuse previously exposed in Rotherham, Rochdale, Oxford and Newcastle.

Operation Sanctuary, which investigated grooming gangs operating in Northumberland and Tyne and Wear, had identified more than 700 potential victims as of August 2017.”

Once again, British Movement stands by its ideological position opposing immigration. diversity and the toxic output of a multicultural, multi-racial society. Diversity is NOT our strength.
