On Friday 16th August, an activist from BM Greater Manchester visited Reddish Vale Nature Reserve, Stockport, to help clean up the area.

Reddish Vale Country Park spans 161 hectares along the River Tame in the heart of Stockport. The Nature Reserve consists of rivers, ponds, a big woodland area and plenty of wildlife.

The activist was thanked by several members of the public, one of whom was very grateful and commented, ‘Not all heroes wear capes’.

Looking after these area’s is very important for both nature and wildlife. Love your Nation!
