Spanish National Socialist Isabel Peralta has been convicted in the Provincial Court of Madrid of promoting ‘hatred and discrimination’. Although the Prosecutor’s Office initially sought a three-and-a-half-year prison sentence, the court opted for a shorter term of one year in prison. In addition to her prison sentence, she was also fined over 1000 euros.
The incident occurred during a rally in front of the Moroccan Embassy in Madrid in 2021, where Isabel was accused of making inflammatory statements. The judges said that while freedom of expression is protected, it does not extend to speech that incites violence or targets vulnerable communities.
“Today I received my conviction. A year in prison for defending our homeland means nothing; our struggle will prevail over all the consequences, which will, in time, be much greater. It is an attack on goodness and truth, but the truth rises and cannot be suppressed. There are still legal resources and strategies to pursue, but regardless of the outcome, this is only the beginning. “Men will come who will try to walk this path of ours, and they will be persecuted, just as we were. But in the end, we will triumph, because what is good and true always triumphs in this world. Arriba España. Arriba Europa”
Isabel Peralta.
Anyone wishing to find out more about the background to this case and Isabel’s National Socialist beliefs should visit the Heritage and Destiny website (https://www.heritageanddestiny.com/). The latest post regarding Isabel is reprinted below with thanks to our friends at H&D.
Isabel isn’t yet in prison, and in theory an ‘unwritten rule’ of Spanish justice means that someone with no previous criminal record can request suspension of any sentence shorter than two years.
But unless an appeal is won in this case, the tyrannical regime of Pedro Sánchez will continue to try to silence its most articulate enemy. Isabel’s comrades in Britain and the rest of Europe fully support the brave, intelligent and loyal patriot.
Isabel and H&D are grateful for the support expressed by many fellow nationalists, including British Movement and Patriotic Alternative, two of whose leaders Steve Frost and Laura Melia have met Isabel at previous H&D events.
